Marriage is what brings us together today...

These past few weeks have been a lot of fun. It started two Thursdays ago when I headed to Utah for Angela's wedding. It was beautiful, and fun. The reception was at a barn (a nice barn) just outside St. George. We roasted corn on the cob, had really good breads, jams, ham, fresh fruits, chocolates and a really good apple strudel instead of a wedding cake. They played bluegrass music and there were hay bails, pumpkins and wildflowers for decorations. We also hung pictures from twine with 20 year old clothes pins compliments of Kori's mom. I wish I had more pictures, but I forgot my camera :( It's a good thing there was a professional photographer there...but I don't have any of those pictures yet. Here are some I stole from other people's blogs!

After the wedding I stayed an extra day and hung out with Mary. I was feeling soo sick, but I was there so we had to do something fun. We climbed at a few different places and did some short walks (I don't think I should call them hikes) but it was cool. Mary showed me some places she went when she was a kid and some cool bouldering spots.

Then on Tuesday I met up with the fam and we flew out to Wisconsin. It was cool. We were all there: Mom, Dad, Bruce, Sarka, Misha, Annamarie, Kristina, Brian, Sterling, and even Stacy. We had a really good Thanksgiving dinner, walked around down town and just enjoyed everyones company. We left Friday morning and I ended up with a day and a half layover in Phoenix with Brian. Friday night I was feeling restless so I took Brian's long board across the street to the temple (yes he lives across the street from the temple. cool!) It was warm enough that I was just in shorts and a t-shirt. The night sky was beautiful and it felt good to relax.
It was Josh's birthday and Hanna made him these amazing chocolate mint balls. I hope I can learn to make them one day. I don't have any pictures of the fam yet, but here are some from AZ!
