I have mosquito bites all over me...and I was wearing bug spray...not fair. I have scars from previous summers when I was not so faithful with the bug spray. I'm trying really hard not to scratch but as a result-sometimes parts of my body uncontrollably jolt. It's kind of embarrassing at work.

Staying away from sugar for a few days before going where mosquitoes are could help. Lavender Oil is supposed to be a natural bug deterrent. It must be 100% therapeutic grade, not perfume grade. Shaklee Basic H: 1 part Basic H and 3 parts water. Spray it on your skin. It worked for me. Also, taking Garlic Pills for 3 months in advance of being around mosquitoes works. It worked for Bruce when he was in college. I'm thinking that your body may not be metabolizing sugar to well, for it to stay in your blood and attract the little varmints like that. It hurts me to think of you in pain like that. LOL, Mom
